When you sign in, we may collect information needed for authentication and account sync, such as your email address, display name, avatar, account identifiers returned by Apple, Google, or other supported sign-in providers, and session information used to keep you signed in.
2. Character, Favorite, and Warcraft Logs Data
LogForge displays Warcraft Logs related performance data for characters you search or save, including raids, bosses, classes, specs, rankings, and score information.
This data may come from public, authorized, or third-party data sources and is used only to provide app features such as character search, performance views, favorite sync, ranking views, and share cards.
3. Local Preferences and Cache
LogForge may store search history, server selections, language preferences, theme or interface preferences, and temporary cache data locally on your device.
This local data is mainly used to improve the app experience. You may clear local cache in the app or remove app data through system settings.
4. Technical and Request Information
When the app communicates with LogForge services, our servers may receive necessary technical information such as IP address, request time, API path, network request status, error logs, or server logs.
This information is used to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, protect security, maintain system stability, and prevent abuse.

We use information to provide character search, boss performance views, rankings, favorites, account sign-in, favorite sync, language preferences, customer support, security protections, and service maintenance.

7. Third-Party Services
LogForge may use Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, email verification services, hosting providers, LogForge backend services, and Warcraft Logs related APIs or data services.
Third-party services process relevant information according to their own privacy policies. LogForge is not an official product of Warcraft Logs, Blizzard Entertainment, or Microsoft.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share your information for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.
We may share necessary information only to provide login, sync, email verification, server operations, customer support, legal compliance, user protection, or service security.
9. Advertising and Tracking
The current version of LogForge does not display third-party ads and does not use your data for third-party advertising tracking.
If we add advertising, analytics SDKs, crash reporting, or other data processing capabilities in the future, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures as required.
10. Retention and Security
Account information is generally retained until you delete your account or request deletion; favorite character data is generally retained until you remove favorites, close your account, or request deletion; local cache and preferences remain until you clear cache, uninstall the app, or reset settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including session protection, access controls, and necessary transport security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights and Choices
You can sign out in the app, clear local cache, remove favorite characters, or stop using account sync.
