1. Acceptance
By accessing, downloading, or using LogForge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use LogForge.
If you use LogForge on behalf of a team, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.
2. Service
LogForge is a mobile Warcraft Logs lookup companion for World of Warcraft raid players. It provides character search, raid and boss performance views, saved characters, ranking views, account sync, and sharing-related features.
Specific features may vary by version, region, account status, third-party data availability, or product roadmap. We may adjust the service for operational, technical, or compliance reasons.
3. Account Responsibilities
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your sign-in credentials, device, and session access.
Activity performed through your account will generally be treated as your activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Use Rules
You agree to use LogForge lawfully and reasonably, without harming other users or third parties. You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, disruptive, scraping, circumvention, or security-compromising activity.
You must not impersonate others, present misleading data, violate third-party rights, or use LogForge in a way that breaches game, platform, App Store, Warcraft Logs, or other third-party rules.
5. Third-Party Data and Services
Game character, ranking, boss, score, and combat-related information shown in LogForge may come from Warcraft Logs or other third-party data sources. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or inaccurate.
LogForge is not an official product of Warcraft Logs, Blizzard Entertainment, or Microsoft, and is not provided, warranted, or endorsed by those parties.
6. Shared Content
If LogForge supports profile cards, share images, or other exported content, you are responsible for making sure your sharing complies with law, platform rules, and applicable third-party terms.
Once you save, send, or publish content to a third-party platform, that platform may continue to process, display, or distribute it.
7. Intellectual Property
The LogForge software, interface, design, text, graphics, marks, code, and other original materials are owned by LogForge or the relevant rights holders, excluding third-party content.
Unless authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit protected parts of LogForge.
8. Fees and Future Features
Current or future versions of LogForge may include free features, paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or limited styles. Pricing, benefits, and cancellation terms will be shown in the app or on the App Store page.
Purchases, refunds, and subscription management may be processed by Apple App Store or another platform and are subject to that platform's rules.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of LogForge because of maintenance, third-party service changes, technical limits, compliance requirements, product strategy, or events outside our reasonable control.
If you violate these terms, or if your use may harm the service, other users, or third parties, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access.
10. Privacy
How we collect, use, store, and protect information is described in the LogForge Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an important part of these terms.
11. Disclaimers
LogForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and clear service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or fit every specific need.
LogForge data and presentation are provided for information, gameplay review, and personal use. They are not professional advice and should not be treated as the sole basis for any decision.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LogForge and its developers, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where applicable law does not allow liability to be fully excluded, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, this page will show a new effective date. Continued use of LogForge after an update means you accept the updated terms.
